Recording sessions is strictly prohibited by either party without prior written consent from the other.
You may not record, reproduce, distribute, or share any session content (including screen shares, materials, or advice) without my explicit written permission.
I will not record any session without your explicit written consent.
Unauthorized recording or distribution may result in immediate termination of services and legal action.

I take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect your personal information, including:

Limited internal access to personal data
Secure third-party payment processors with PCI-DSS compliance
