Welcome to Airi Beltran’s mentorship and consultation services ("I," "my," or "me"). By booking a mentorship or consultation session through my website, you ("you," "client," or "mentee") agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

Acceptance of Terms  
By completing a booking and making payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Services Provided  
Under Focused Mentorship, I offer one-on-one, personalized online mentorship and consultation sessions related to animation. These may include, but are not limited to:  
- Animation reviews  
- Demo reel reviews  
- Shot planning  
- Reference analysis  
- Rig feedback  
- General animation tips, tricks, and professional advice  

All sessions are conducted via online platforms such as Discord or Google Meet. Focused Mentorship sessions are not group sessions.

2. Booking and Session Duration  
- Each session lasts up to a maximum of 40 minutes.  
- Sessions begin and end strictly on time. Late attendance by the client will not extend the session duration.  
- Bookings are confirmed only after full payment is received.  
- I reserve the right to cancel any booking if payment is not completed within 24 hours of scheduling.  
- Booking confirmation will be provided via email upon successful payment.

3. Payment Terms  
- All payments are processed securely via Stripe.  
- Prices are listed in USD and are non-negotiable unless a custom package is agreed upon in writing.  
- All fees are inclusive of taxes; any applicable sales tax or VAT will be added at checkout if required by law.  
- Payments are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in the Cancellation Policy.

4. Cancellation and Rebooking Policy  
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are 100% non-refundable.  
- Rebooking is allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled session time, subject to availability.  
- Rebooking requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled session cannot be accommodated and will be considered a cancellation without refund.  
- No-shows or failure to join within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time will be treated as a cancellation and are non-refundable.  
- In the rare event that I must cancel or reschedule a session, you will be offered an alternative date/time or a full refund.

5. Code of Conduct  
I aim to provide a safe, respectful, and professional mentorship environment. Therefore:  
- Abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate language or behavior will not be tolerated.  
- Any such conduct will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.  
- I reserve the right to ban individuals from future bookings if deemed necessary.

6. Recording and Confidentiality  
- Recording or redistribution of any session content (audio, video, or text) is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.  
- I will not record sessions unless explicit permission is granted by the mentee.  
- Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any personal or professional information shared during the session.  
- You may take personal notes for your own use, but these may not be shared publicly or used commercially without permission.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability  
- The information, feedback, and advice provided during sessions are based solely on my personal experience, knowledge, and professional opinion.  
- No guarantee is made that participation in these sessions will result in employment, career advancement, or any specific outcome.  
- You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for how you apply any advice or feedback received.  
- I am not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your participation or use of the information provided.  
- IN NO EVENT SHALL MY LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SESSION GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

8. Technical Requirements  
- Clients are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection, microphone, and video capability for participation.  
- Any technical difficulties on the client’s side that affect session quality or attendance will not warrant rescheduling or refunds.

9. Intellectual Property  
- All materials, resources, examples shared during the session remain my intellectual property.  
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly share any session content without explicit written permission.

10. Age Requirement  
You must be at least 18 years old to book a session. Users under 18 require written parental/guardian consent sent through my contact page prior to booking.

11. Governing Law  
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Vancouver, British Columbia.

12. Amendments  
I reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of my services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
